HCPCS Level II codes

CMS HCPCS Level II procedure/supply codes (A–V range). Returns short + long descriptions and obsolete/NOC flags; excludes terminated codes by default.

How to use

Search by term or code. Full CPT (Category I) is AMA-licensed and not in this free dataset — this is HCPCS Level II only.
